What is INSATONLINE Refund Policy?
- Products once purchased can not be returned if seal and packaging has been harmed.
- The product if opened and damaged shall not be returned.
- We do have a good repair and customer service who are there to repair and even replace the order if the problem is technical and was suspected after opening.
What is INSATONLINE replacement Policy?
If customer finds the product unsuitable or wants another product and isn;'t satisfied, we provide replacement but the
1- Customer need to send the product on below Address by courier (courier cost to be paid by customer) ( Make sure that the product is in Brand New condition with all tags and packaging stuff intact)

2- Once we receive the product, we will send you the replacement product within next 2-3 working days depending upon the availability.
What is INSATONLINE Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on App/Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it at email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel my Order?
Please write a mail for cancellation with order number at support email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe /paytm/ Gpay wallet balance then, refund will be initiated into Phonepe /Paytm/Gpay wallet within a day of your order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting PhonePe customer support team.
